CMBC is looking for a Receptionist & Records Secretary to replace Laura. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and receiving visitors, processing of Sunday offerings, tracking attendance, updating database records, maintaining volunteer clearances, calling hospitals for patient updates and sending prayer chain announcements. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; a working knowledge of Publisher & Power Point; and an understanding of database management is required. This is a part-time position of approximately 25 hours.
