If your child has never attended VBS or they would just like to get a look at what Emerald Crossing VBS will be like, this preview will give them a taste of what they’ll be doing & learning. Our VBS theme this year is Emerald Crossing: An Irish Adventure Through Psalm 23.
Parents and children will begin the morning together in the auditorium singing VBS songs. The children then travel through each of the VBS experiences: crafts, games, and Bible time. Students will finish their visit with more music and an Irish-themed snack.
While your children are enjoying the VBS Bible/craft/game sessions, Pastor Chris will lead the adults through Psalm 23 so that you are able to talk with your children about what they will be learning.
And after the preview sessions, we’d love to have you stay and join us for our Children’s Sunday School and Adult Bible Fellowships. Stop by the Children’s Ministry table in the lobby and we’ll connect your child with their teacher, as well as let you know where you can be a part of the adult classes available or get a cup of coffee in the cafe!
