Have you ever been discouraged because you felt like an outsider? Perhaps you have worked somewhere, lived somewhere, or even have been part of a faith community somewhere, and just never felt included. When Insider status feels just outside of our grasps, we can begin to grow discouraged, wondering if we could ever do enough to just fit in. For those of us who have felt this way, we find out, in Paul's letter to the early Christians in Ephesus, that we are not alone. They too felt like outsiders. Today, as we explore Ephesians 2:11-22 we discover how Jesus brings people from different and diverse backgrounds together in one body.
