We are nearing the end of our series through the book of Exodus. Today, we look at the outcome of God's restorative work with the nation of Israel. After God renews and affirms his covenant promises with Israel, he sets them off to build his tabernacle. The tabernacle would be a space where the special measure of God's presence could physically dwell with the people. As we inspect the various elements of the tabernacle, there is much we can learn in watching the entire Israelite community come together to design, order, and construct this special space.
