We enter our final week in this study through the book of Exodus. Our reflections have taken us through 3 distinct movements within the book. First, we explored God's heart for redemption, then we journeyed into the wilderness to witness how God reformed the Hebrew people into a new nation, Israel. Finally, we watched this newly born nation fall into the sin of idolatry, and considered how God, as the ever-faithful covenant partner, renewed and restored them. Today we conclude our series examining Exodus 40 and reflecting on the broader lessons we have explored within this narrative. How might living as if we truly believe that God's presence is with us right now, cause us to look and live differently from those who ignore the reality of his presence in their lives?
